Zoo Lake Users Committee Zoo Lake Centenary 1906-2006 The celebration of the rehabilitation of the island and conservation of the Heronry at Zoo Lake
The celebration was attended by stakeholders, members of the Zoo Lake Users Committee, City Parks, David Singer (the donor), the press and members of the public. Councillor Mike Moriarty (Chairman of the users committee) unveiled a plaque to commemorate the event and thanked everyone who had been involved in the project.
Once the formalities were over, guests enjoyed refreshments at Moyo Restaurant
