Camp Selati is situated
about 60Km from Tzaneen, 60Km from Phalaborwa close to the small Limpopo Province town of
Gravelotte. The area consists of beautiful bushveld and the owner has gone to considerable
trouble to make sure the visitor has an unforgetable stay.

Accommodation
The accommodation at Camp Selati
consists of 5 ethnic mud huts with thatched roofs with bunk beds and mattresses
accommodating up to 24 people.
The facilities are self catering.
However there is a small store supplying basics such as tinned food and a variety of cold
refreshments.
Flush toilets and hot showers are
provided. |

The Trails
There are circular hiking trails at
Camp Selati.
Sable Trail
This trails leads the hiker through
dry river beds with some lovely cool spots to relax and past an old mine (Emeralds, Mica,
Berral etc.). The walk is about 7,5Km long. |

The Ostrich Trail
On this trail you go from koppie to
Koppie with beautiful views of the Lowveld. The trail is 7Km long |

The Giraffe Trail
This trail is a bit of a combination
of both the other trails and is 5,5Km long.
All three walks go through heavy
bush so that even in the hottest weather conditions there are always shade spots. |

Other Activities
Other activities available at Camp
Selati are Mountain Biking, Volley Ball, Bird watching and swimming in the Selati river
(at certain times of the year). |
