There are picnic and ablution facilities.

Text Box: AIMS OF “FRIENDS OF KLOOFENDAL” To preserve this pristine bit of indigenous Highveld (110 ha.) To protect, care for and maintain the Kloofendal Nature Reserve and the Confidence Reef, site of first underground mining of gold in the Witwatersrand To make aware and educate the public of our natural heritage and amazing biodiversity of plants and animals which occur in the reserve.
